Liked: I already booked a room that is double bed, i arrived, the gave me single bed, and when i asked to change the room to the one already booked they said no availability, we can try 2nd day. On 2nd day same issue no availability. But i ve to change the room to other single bed one as 1st room was not clean. There was little insects on the desk. Loads of hair on the bed sheets, even the towel has rust stains, that was not comfortable at all to stay 1st night.Definitely they have issues in room service cleaning.

Passable

Disliked: Rooms are simple and unrenovated, bathroom is simple. Water was luke warm at best. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The lobby area looks modern, but the rest of the hotel doesn't live up to the standard.

Liked: Nice clean and bright. Easily accessible and good transport links into the centre.
Disliked: We had no warm water on the last day and evening.
