A handy location and reasonable...

Liked: The location was really good, it was close to a station and only 15 minutes or so on the metro from the centre. There are some bakeries very nearby and a McDonalds around the corner if you need a snack. We didn't eat breakfast at the place but it was available. The staff were friendly and supportive and willing to help us in English. Everything worked well and some tea and coffee is provided in the room, plus a coffee vending machine in reception.
Disliked: The room was not very soundproof, I don't know whether it was the door into the corridor, or the wall but some people were being loud in the middle of the night talking and laughing and it was impossible to sleep through it! An additional pillow would be appreciated as only one was provided per person.

Nice hotel

Liked: The room was spacious enough for three people, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was fairly quiet, despite being located across from the elevator, which wasn't noisy. People from other rooms could be heard clearly though.
Disliked: Our room was missing a kettle and it couldn't be provided for the one night we stayed there. Upon arrival, I was charged the full price despite paying in advance via booking. Booking returned the money to me but it was still a lot of stress to go through.
