Liked: The room and facilities are acceptable for the price. The location is convenient, as it’s easy to get to the hotel directly from Gare de l’Est. The room was spacious and included all the basic amenities.
Disliked: I would have given more points, but unfortunately, I forgot my toiletry bag with all my makeup in the bathroom. While I understand it’s my responsibility not to forget things, situations like this can happen. I contacted the hotel, but they told me they didn’t find anything, which is clearly not true. Someone must have kept it. This incident significantly affected my overall experience.

Liked: The metro station is within 2 minutes of walking from the hotel. The parking underground is highly secured with 2 different passcodes and has CCTV surveillance.
Disliked: The hot water is either too hot or not. It was a struggle to find the right balance. The carpet in 2 rooms I booked was stained and felt dirty. Although nothing stuck to my feet or to the socks, the feeling of touching the carpet with my bare feet was horrible. Entrance to the parking is from outside the hotel from the street, followed by a walk through a narrow staircase. It felt unsafe to me as there's no passcode to this outer door but only to the door in the basement. Surprisingly these passcodes to the parking aren't shared until checking in at the reception and there's no public parking on the street to find easily. It's an arbitrary and unusual way of granting the parking access to hotel guests.Beware that there are no elevators to the parking lot and parking on the street is hard to find while loading/ unloading.
