Disappointing

Liked: We had a clean room with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the outside of the room was unbelievably shabby and grimy-looking which was rather off putting. There were no bath towels but the receptionist soon found some for us.

Liked: We chose a budget overnight stay travelling through France, so did not expect too much. Just a clean room and comfortable bed. The bed was okay though the carpet needed a good clean. Evidence of a spill or worse was next to the bed!One strange thing, not just for this hotel. Two of us staying though you only get one Tea, coffee, fruit tea etc. that really is budget style.
Disliked: Location was good for our travels. We arrived rather late, the restaurant was just closing they did do us a couple of Pizzas though.

Liked: Dinner was very good. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: No USB ports. Breakfast was dreadful.

Great value for the price

Liked: Very convenient for the motorway, easy to find, staff were great, I was running late, my French is poor, but the staff spoke good English, breakfast was good and plentiful, no complaints at all

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is just off the motorway. The lady at reception was so helpful, made us feel very welcome. No very busy so very peaceful stay.
Disliked: Still no signs asking people keep the noise down in respect of other guests
