Liked: Evening staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Morning checkout staff were questioning that I had paid the local tax..I had paid two days tax upon arrival, and had used PP to pay for the room in advance.I felt like a naughty boy.

Liked: the staff were really lovely breakfast super
Disliked: , but the rooms really bad and very old had to walk quite a while in the rain to find the room as all the rooms are outside in a block , the price we paid i would expect at leas a cup in the room for the coffee instead a little paper cup really really bad for a chain hotel bedroom is absolutly horrid like a prison cell room , bath far too small, water barley room was a bad night , luckily nice staff and nice breakfast , but shamefull of a chain hotel

Liked: Nothing, Bookings.com need to take some accountability for their bookings. The photos are outdated and old, the service is disgusting and the ratings are over-rated because people are too scared to leave a bad review, who rates this ?
Disliked: We checked in late, but had organised this with the property, then were given a room that was still in the "used" status. When I went back to Reception I asked that he follow me back to the room and he couldn't understand my issue, used bed, used towels still on the floor ??????? No apologies given when we checked out other than the cleaners fault, really???? Who runs this place, the Cleaners, Management or Bookings.com ?!?!
