Liked: Rooms clean, bed comfortable
Disliked: Very busy, lack of staff, invoice not supplied, incorrect details on services purchased, breakfasts paid for and not accounted for on breakfast attendees list.

Disliked: The situation of the hotel.No river view as advertised.So basic even for the price.We did not stay as more like Butlins room.

It was thankfully short, but...

Liked: Was available when no other airport hotels had rooms.
Disliked: Very basic room. No decorations on the wall. Frankly rather bleak..

Great location with friendly staff

Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great. Really close to the sirport. Bed was comfy and shower was great.
Disliked: Food in the restaurant wasn't very nice but the staff were lovely so I don't really want to complain too much!
