Disliked: awful! dirty! rude staff who don’t know how to do things properly, i was told i had to pay a deposit and parking which was fine, then received a parking ticket a few weeks after staying, appealed this and the appeal people state they do not take deposits, so WHY was i asked for a deposit which i also never received back. Wouldn’t mind if it was a genuine miss communication about the parking but the receptionist had told me i’d paid for parking and let me walk out.
