Non smoker's take note

Liked: OK it's a non smoking hotel , our room stank of cigarettes, We are both anti smoking people and decided not to stay , a quick glance out of the back window and saw a row of baths all rusty and a right sight , again not a good look , just could not be bothered to raise these points and left
Disliked: No smoking means the rooms should be checked and refreshed , with our room not being refreshed we left , my wife is asthmatic and cannot stay in room where smoking had taken place

Liked: We always use the hotel due to the location and it's near to the shops and all the attractions and amenities and it's value for money

You get what you pay...

Liked: The room was exactly what you would expect for the price. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was acceptable. The breakfast was great. Better than some more expensive hotels in MK I've stayed in. Cooked to order so it was all fresh and didnt take long.
Disliked: The hallways smell a bit musty. The room itself was fine.

overall a good experience and...

Liked: The staff were great nothing was too much trouble and the food was good too,
Disliked: there was no food deals on as they where on during the week

Liked: The location is bit noise due to the opposite punter pink or pink punter
Disliked: The noise coming from the patrons opposite road

Liked: We always use this hotel due to the prices and we always get welcomed and the rooms and surroundings are clean and tidy and the staff are always on hand to help and answer any concerns or questions or queries. 5 Stars to all staff and management for a totally awesome stay and it's always value for money
