Poor customer service at reception

Liked: It was central in regards to whre I was going
Disliked: The fliers in the hotel all state that restaurant opens at 12 but when I went to check it was closed lady at reception can’t speak any louder or she was not in the mood to speak she would speak to me I asked what time the restaurant opens she says “Don’t know” asked for the manager she says “busy” just one words while she typed on her computer like honestly

Gig overnight stay

Liked: Location was great . 20 minute stroll into the city for a gig . Perfect for one night stay if attending an event .Retail park with supermarket and fast food restaurants a stone throw away. Room had everything I needed .Check in from 2pm good . Hotel is fenced off which was good security .Hotel is basic and somewhat dated- but absolutely served its purpose .I read the reviews - don't let them put you off . If you're fussy - stay somewhere else . Breakfast was good. Overall Happy.
Disliked: Nothing to do with the hotel really - just be careful crossing the roads outside going into the city . Think wacky races meets frogger !

Liked: Staff were brilliant ,breakfast was perfect loveitlovely, love to come back if you do any special deals for us
Disliked: People were smoking in there rooms, and all the corridors smelt of smoke, sorry, apart that it was great,

Cheap, clean, great location

Liked: Exactly what you pay for, a lot of people moaning on other reviews but this place for the money is great. 10 mins away from O2 Warehouse and secure onsite parking. Yes the rooms are dated but it’s clean and all you need for a quick trip.
Disliked: Words loudest hairdryer, other than it was spot on
