The cooked breakfast was good and the variety of cereals, pastries, fruit, etc. The staff were so friendly, really nice. Rooms were very dated and small. Pillows were small and bed not too comfortable. Bathroom had no extractor or it just didnt work. The toilet seat moved. The TV signal wasn't great. You could hear the next rooms conversation. The photos of the hotel looked better than the actual room, so I felt that was deceiving. The hairdryer stopped working/broke after 30 seconds of use. The initial room we were in smelled of smoke. We were quickly moved though, which was good. The room we were moved to was clean.

Clean and basic . Cheap...

Liked: Cheap and cheerful. It’s not the most luxurious hotel you get what you pay for. Cheap midweek rates and a basic hotel.
Disliked: The walls and ceiling lack any sound proofing. I had a family with kids above me and were running around till 2am. Blame the parents !

Disliked: Room bit cramped. Noisy neighbours...paper thin walls. Right on the Steand, so noisy traffic. Having to pay for parking (despite blue badge)
