Good place to stop for...

Liked: Good location, clean and comfortable but no restaurant anymore and no bar
Disliked: No bar, no restaurant. Difficult to locate

Cheap enough and adequate for...

Liked: Cheap, easy for onward tunnel journey, parking secure and electric charge points.
Disliked: The staff! Very brusque and dis interested - the morning receptionist in particular was basically downright rude to a number of guests! Restaurant was not open even though it was advertised as being so.Room heating difficult to control.

surprisingly a nightmare

Liked: The location is convenient, next to shoppings and the motorway. The site is beautiful, with lots of trees and nice view from the second floor. No noise from the motorway and quiet site too.
Disliked: The site was secure with a closed gate on our late arrival, but the gate was open after a phone call with no further checking. We stayed in an updated room bit it had a dirty loo and the mattress and bed were really old and past using conditions.... the breakfast was also very poor on quality and variety fro the price we've paid (overpaid). we have spotted mold in the cheese and asked it to be changed but the employee just cut it out!We've been dissatisfied with the facilities and services, considering our stay in other Campanile Hotels in the past.

Disliked: Night receptionist was horrible even I sent many message on the booking.com, He never answered.In addition I told him to prepare bill in the morning to do not loose the time . He did not and he did not inform his collegue about that. (The blonde guy) . Romain was Ok.

Let down by the fact...

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and always clean.A reasonable range of items for breakfast.The location was perfect for the purpose of the visit.
Disliked: Before traveling both myself and a travel consultant rang the hotel to book taxis the phone was never answered for any of the calls made. The travel consultant also emailed but didn't receive an answer. On arrival, I was trying to sort out the booking (I'd booked the previous night (Wednesday) with anyother firm), and was shouted at by a staff member on duty that it couldn't be sorted until the next day (Thursday). It was advertised that meals were available throughout the day but in the evening (Wednesday) the same staff member shouted with his fists clenched that there were absolutely no meals only for the workers. The next day (Thursday) another member of staff told me he didn't know if meals would be available as they were waiting for delivery (there weren't any meals available that day either. Other than breakfast). This made it very difficult for me to find anything to eat as due to the shortness of my visit I hadn't hired a car and the hotel wasn't near any restaurants or shops.
