Liked: Nice place, friendly staff, quick check-in, easy to find, not far from city center.
Disliked: The bed was a lil bit unstable and the matress was worn out. Toiletries were almost run out, seems like they forgot to change it or fulfill before new guests. They dont allow to open the window during your stay. There is no refrigarator in the room.

Liked: Great location. Relatively clean. Quick check in.
Disliked: The bed sheets weren't clean. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work. The room wasn't cleaned throughout the stay at all

Amazing family stay

Liked: Great location, close to the very centre of the city but felt very quiet. Close to Stare Miasto. We had 3 rooms close to each other and hotel staff was very professional, friendly and helpful
Disliked: We had noisy neighbours and we were only separated from them by the locked doors rather than a wall - so from 6:00 am we were unable to sleep. But this is nothing to do with the hotel :)

Great value for money

Liked: Great location, close to the square and the islands, McDonald’s right across the road. Shops right outside as well. Great selection for breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Only one can of water in the room which was booked for 3 people, I would be nice if there was one can/bottle for each person. We went to eat dinner in the restaurant and had to wait a very long time for service even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.
