Disliked: The Bed was uncomfortable and had bed bugs , no sleep all week . Complained to on-site management - Won't stay there again

Weekend in Sunderland

Liked: The staff are a.ma.zing, really friendly, helpful, attentive. The location is very convenient, and easy to reach from the A1. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean as well. Breakfast is very good, cooked fresh and to your liking. The continental breakfast is also very good.
Disliked: The only thing I'd suggest is to improve the lighting in the bathroom, as it is a bit dark.
