Liked: Beds were very comfortable; waiting staff were very helpful; everything brilliant.
Disliked: Quite small rooms.

Liked: Comfortable bed and nice and quiet.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed. It would have been better customer service to have been advised of this before arriving as we had planned to eat there

It was ok but just...

Liked: Staff friendly and bed comfortable
Disliked: light over bathroom sink didn't work, batteries needed changing in the remote, rust in the bath, bedside switch didn't work so had to walk all the way round the room to turn the main lights on and toilet didn't flush properly

Great Swindon weekend

Liked: The hotel is well located for what we went to Swindon for, a pickleball festival in the near by club called Delta. The staff were welcoming and helpful.. the room was small but very comfortable . Breakfast was excellent.

Happy with our stay

Liked: Location good.Mixed feelings about our group cooked English breakfast.Most left some food for individual reasons that they wasn't happy.
Disliked: Not no being notified beforehand that a restaurant is going to be closed. Had to find. Other accommodation food
