Liked: The shower in our room was good . Tea / coffee making facilities were adequate. Tv worked fine.We had a few issues on arrival and the lady on reception did her best to resolve the issues we encountered . Praise to her for her assistance.
Disliked: The first room we were allocated had not been cleaned since the previous guest . The second room smelt of cigerettes.Our last room the mattresses was uncomfortable. The heating was on 27 degrees and did not seem to be adjustable - thus a rather warm and uncomfortable night. We had stayed here back in March so unsure why the standard was below par this time. Seems a bit of TLC is required .

Liked: Michelle at the front desk and bar. Michelle is very lovely and helpful and very single time I visit.
Disliked: My T.V didn't work and it was a bit jammed up as a room. The shower had a puddle stain in it.

Liked: unfortunately there was very little to like at this hotel staff was very helpful and apologized for the building work.close to the M4 as this was a pit stop.for the night.
Disliked: unfortunately the hotel was very out dated carpets was very dirty. The room smelled of weed and mold.room was very small not much space around the bed bed was very hard lift didn't work. tv didn't work wasn't told there had builder in the hotelbuilding was scaffold upbanging around from 8am

Disliked: there was a fire at 3 AM, we were out of the hotel for four hours, our exams we’re canceled by the government. worst hotel stay of my life. waking up and standing out of the hotel for hours was a horrible experience.

Cheap and, once again, not...

Liked: Location is great for where I was working at the weekend. It's cheaper than the rivals. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the shower was good.
Disliked: Bed and pillows are second rate. My room was above the office so I could hear chatting through the night. The heater in my room was hanging off the wall. One of the bathroom lights wasn't working. There were towels and rubbish in the corridor that weren't collected all night. None of the TVs in the hotel were working (although to be fair I did get a complementary breakfast in lieu of that). The lift still isn't working, a month since my last stay...and it was broken then.It's cheap and I guess you get what you pay for!
