I was disappointed

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and the button on the bath tap to toggle for the shower was broken. The machine to register my car was not working. The receptionist tried to register my car on their computer and was unable to do so as the registration plate (private plate) was not accepted so the receptionist added our registration on the visitor computer (used for conference guests).

Overall this place was not...

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Unfortunately the accommodation was very tired, room felt sad and forgotten, beds were uncomfortable, much too soft, but the bedding was clean. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough towels, only 2 provided, no hand towels.
