Disappointing

Liked: Smoking policy - you should specify that is forbidden even vapping because a had to pay 175eur penalty but I didn't know I did something wrong awful experience never again in 4 at the morning some guy from reception came to our room and ansists that we have to pay or we have to go.i don't thing it's normal behavior to guests.So have a nice day .

Don’t expect to eat here

Disliked: Bedroom were not ready, cleaner was just walking around listening to music not doing his work, had to wait for him to vacuum the room and then left the door open when he finished for leaves etc to blow into the room!!Restaurant closed on weekend evening with no other option etc a vending machine that is expensive €15 for 2 pot noddles

Disliked: Clerks at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to be honest. Had to check if room was ready or not, was ready, then found empty bottles & hair on the bed from previous hotel guests.
