Pleasant

Disliked: I was there for business purposes. Therefore, access to Wi-Fi was extremely important. Unfortunately, wifi did not work during the entire stay, which exposed me to significant roaming expenses. The staff was unable to say anything when the wifi would work again. Wifi at the reception worked at a distance of 2 m from the desk. I would not choose this hotel again.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. There is a secure private carpark at the hotel, it was well lit and we had no issues using it.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Good budget hotel with comfortable...

Liked: Parking was within the hotel grounds. There was no option to charge our electric hybrid vehicle. Room was comfortable and the breakfast which was included was excellent.
Disliked: one of our party was a young 15 year old and was not up with the rest of us so we tried to take some breakfast items to the room as we were leaving the breakfast area but were stopped and told this was not allowed. The staff advised they could bring the breakfast to the reception area which they did do. It was a shame they would not allow a small plate of food to be taken to the room it would have been easier and not much to expect

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Lack of on-site facilities, poor breakfast not worth the money.

Liked: A good location for a quick walk into the City Centre, the car park made things easier.Breakfast was good.The Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was poor. All the lights were working but their positioning in the room made it very dull.
