Liked: Your hotel has a fantastic location, conveniently situated in the city center and near the train station. The surrounding area offers a wide range of facilities, including many restaurants and shopping centers.
Disliked: I experienced some issues with the Receptionist that significantly impacted our experience. The Receptionist displayed unprofessional and prejudiced behaviour, speaking to me in a harsh and dismissive tone. This left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

Upset about being charged twice...

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The hotel charged me twice, once on my card and again in cash. They assured me they would refund the extra payment but never did. When I tried reaching out again, I received no response.
