Liked: Not much. Lobby and eating area were very nice.
Disliked: The rooms were run down. Our room needed maintenance. Lock on bathroom door did not function properly locking my wife in bathroom. Toilet seat was totally loose. Power outage at 6 am. The staff was very helpful with fixing different things.

Liked: Great value for money, excellent and friendly customer service. Stayed here as the last stage of cycling the London to Paris route. We didn't have breakfast, as we thought we'd find a cafe along the route near the river. There aren't any, so take the opportunity here.
Disliked: The room facilities are a little dated, but perfectly serviceable.

Liked: The room was large enough, the wet room was very good. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed !Could do with more coffee sachets and milk. There was lots of different lighting, Enough room and hangers for clothing. well lit outside and shutters easily managed from inside. Very clean.Staff were very helpful and always smiling, most welcoming..This is my 3rd visit.
