Was so bad experience

Disliked: Everything staff so rude we pay for breakfast and dinner but I ever experience that kind bad service 1 day we took dinner was just 2 dish nd salad 2 day was no dinner for us when we went 7 :45 pm the guy said no dinner for you then we ask him to check out booking then he said oh I didn’t see it but nothing to give coz we didn’t prepare any dinner today it was so so bad situation it was out Honeymoon trip I would appreciate if booking. Com and get me back my money what paid for halfbord since we didn’t eat anything

Quiet but simple hotel outside...

Liked: The hotel is located in a kind of industry park so location is not so spectacular. It is a quiet neighborhood though and at walking distance from the closest RER station (Cergy Préfecture, next to Centre Commercial Les 3 Fontaines) for a train into the city center (approx. 30 mins). The hotel has a big parking and a decent breakfast buffet in the reception building. Personnel was very friendly. Entrance to the different rooms is from outside the building, very similar to the American motel model (so no dirty hallways with noisy elevators).
Disliked: The rooms are not spectacular and rather small, with a tiny bathroom, and our room was not so clean at the time (there were a lot of little insects and flies inside our room). The bed was good though.
