Disliked: Freezing heater not work and moved rooms heater better but kept going off and no spare heaters my partner was freezing all night and got are car stuck in the snow

Liked: Room bed, staff, parking good shower
Disliked: Dirty carpet and old curtains letting in stars of light but we didn't mind so I shouldn't have written it here

Disliked: 1st day had issue with heaters, which I wasn't pleased but next day it got resolved.
