Liked: The staff were excellent, both the hotel and restaurant. The food was lovely and everyone went out of their way to assist us as my husband is a wheelchair user. The bedroom & bathroom were very user friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Quiet, clean and easy to reach from the highway. Good food restaurants around. Good connection with the city center and other locations.
Disliked: The parking place is quite small, it was not very easy to find a place. Small rooms.

Liked: Fast check in, Staff spoke excellent English. Room was Excellent and comfortable. Great location for me for my shows in nearby venue. Real tight security at night time.

Liked: Decent breakfast, very helpful receptionists. Some employees speak only French. Towels changed daily, good water pressure in the bath. Tram stop near the hotel.
Disliked: Very basic. Actually is like a motel and definitely not a 3* hotel. No shampoo, only soap. No face clothes, only bath towels. Small room just adequate for a couple. Cupboard could be bigger. TV shows programs in French ONLY!!!

Liked: Bed was comfy, location is good, breakfast good but very very expensive €39 two buffet breakfasts
Disliked: Bathroom. Sink did not have a plug so I couldn’t have a shave. The shower had no shampoo or soap. The food was very very expensive and very poor quality, the buffet Luke warm and the drinks for the quality of establishment was ridiculously expensive, 25cl beer €5.50. 50cl beer €9.95 no facilities for tea or coffee. As I had just travelled almost 1000 km. I just wanted a good shower decent food and bed. I got a bed !! Breakfast was supposed to be in the price ended having to pay €39 for two buffet breakfast again disgusting staff on reception were not interested in my complaint. But as most of your staff seem to be children what can you expect Previously stayed at another of your hotels in Bordeaux it was lovely and thought I’d booked at the same one. BIG MISTAKE Certainly won’t be stopping with you again
