Liked: The location was ideal. Just off the motorway. The room was nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable.The lady on the reception was great.
Disliked: The food was not great.The pizza was one that you would expect to buy from a supermarket for approximately 3e - 4e.They charged us 14.99e.The food is all pre-cooked.Dreadful.We cancelled the continental breakfast as it was 13.99e.

Liked: Been refurbished, so very clean. Just off main route when travelling through Bordeaux. Elec car charging points. Restaurant looked nice and clean.

Liked: The bathroom was nice, the room was a good size, but we won't be staying again unfortunately, dog friendly which was great though
Disliked: The room felt cold and damp, the evening meal although reasonably ok, don't have the steak tough as old boots, was expensive, we thought, we didn't stay for breakfast. Cold night

Disappointing the lack of disclosure

Liked: The location was ideal for us, it has a supermarket next door! very close to the A89 and access to Bordeaux.The staff were very friendly
Disliked: The day we arrived half or the parking had been blocked off, at 2.30am we were woken by a HGV delivering a container into the parking! by morning the parking had been transformed into a building work HQ!!! they should had disclosed to us of this transformation or given us a discount to keep our booking! very incorrect and not transparent!We did not sleep!!!
