Our experience was woeful

Liked: Near a bus to town, 25min journey. Near motorway. Parking on site. Not expensive but no bargain for what it is.
Disliked: Generally tatty, airport noisy next door but far worse thing was a) the Booking.com ad says 'taxes and charges' included. They are NOT, we had to pay 18euros extra at reception. It is imo deliberately misleading and b) we were told AFTER we'd booked in and unloaded some of our stuff that we'd have to clear the room of all our stuff at 8am on the 2nd morning and disappear till 5pm then put it all back as they were updating or something. Why weren't we told when we booked?? If it wasn't that it was 6pm and we'd put stuff in the room I'd have told them we'll go and find somewhere elsewhere but not at that time. It was not good enough, I've tried to complain to Camponile but there is, as usual, no way, and I've learned that contacting Customer Services at Booking.Com is a waste of time: the usual runaround ticking boxes to make you give up.

Liked: Nothing very much, the location was noisy but handy for the bus. The place looked tatty, your advert says 'includes charges and taxes' but it's cleverly worded so it excluded the word 'all': it's deliberately misleading and I mind, I had to pay another 18Euros.
Disliked: See above. Someone should do something about your advert on Booking.com saying 'inc charges and taxes': it doesn't include all charges and taxes, it's deliberately misleading and I tried to contact Booking.com to complain: impossible, the usual modern runaround. I sent an email but got no answer.

Liked: Haany to bus and rail stations. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. A nice 30 or 40 mins walk to town centre.
Disliked: Paper cups for tea and coffee.

Albergue was awesome.

Liked: The location was perfect for our train departure.
Disliked: All was positive.
