Superb

Liked: I was due to arrive later than, last check in but I messaged ahead and the manager was going to arrange for out of hours check in, staff were polite and very helpful.

Good overnight stay

Liked: Good beds and a large choose for breakfast
Disliked: Room was not so clean traces of oil/liquid on the nightstand, cup's in the bathroom where with a hairpin and hair. (Used cups)

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were brilliant, William in particular. He helped immensely and nothing was too much for him.
Disliked: Only after I had booked and paid my non-returnable fee to Booking. Com was I informed that there would be no restaurant available on a Saturday night. This is not acceptable and was a huge inconvenience to me and my family.
