Expected more comfort and a...

Liked: Comfortable bed and large TVPool was nice
Disliked: Particularly disappointed by the insufficient cleanliness such as some dirty towels, stains on pilows, dirty carpet, finger prints on mirrors, sticky coffee cups. The room was also substantially loud, both from the room ventilation and from outside (exterior ventilation machine?)
