Liked: Excellent location and the neighborhood is very walkable. Staff were all excellent and easily communicated in english (unfortunately my spanish is very minimal). Stayed in Room 3314, which had 2 double beds. Both room and beds were clean and in good condition with a quiet balcony. The hotel seems to be quite a large premises with several wings. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try out the pool, but it seemed a good size and in good repair - not heavily used. Breakfast buffet, while a little pricey, was very extensive, and all the food was recommended, especially the chilaquiles.
Disliked: There is not much to say that I didn't like.
