Passable
Liked: Staff was very professional. The location was also convenient for walking.
Disliked: The hotel had a nice modern/boutique lobby. However, this is very far from a 5-star hotel. It's a 3-star hotel. The rooms were very outdated with many items in need of repair. Outside of the shared amenities like the gym, the entire facility has massive deferred repair and maintenance needs. For a 3-star hotel, the value wasn't there. While the restaurants in the hotel looked nice, they were all extremely overpriced, even for the more upscale neighborhood that the hotel is located in.

Worst stay ever, run away...

Disliked: - service was HORRIBLE HOSTILE and LAZY - not once were we offered help with luggage or anything- lady at the front desk was hesitant to give us an invoice for all we paid- food tasted like shit but pricey - was sent stale stone-like bread and when commented was told THATS THE BREAD WE HAVE- any order even water would take +60 min to arrive- was given a room that did not have a view - located on the back alley of the property- hotel is being renovated- without telling guests with loud noise early in the morning - everything looks old and outdated - they don’t add orders to the room account you have to pay every single time they come on the spot - often taking your card for 20 minutes or so due ‘lack of connection’ - maids are often screaming to each other all morning

Superb
Liked: This hotel is a true gem that completely embodies the style of the 1960s. Staying here feels like stepping into a time machine, back to an era of bold, retro design. The charm of the original style has been perfectly preserved, while everything is impeccably maintained for modern comfort. The property is clean and well-kept, with a serene outdoor pool area surrounded by impressive trees. The location is excellent, in one of the nicest parts of Mexico City, and the hotel even features charming shops. If you’re planning a city trip and want a unique experience at an affordable price, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a nostalgic journey with all the comforts you need.
Disliked: While the hotel itself is fantastic, one issue stood out: I arranged for an airport pickup through the hotel, not knowing the distance or standard costs. When I arrived, the charge was 6 to 8 times higher than what I would have paid booking directly for a similar car. I understand hotels often charge more for such services, but it felt excessive and unfair, especially since there was no upfront communication about the significantly higher cost.On my return trip, I booked an Uber to the airport, which—while in a slightly smaller car—was literally one-tenth of the price. After raising my concern with the manager, they resolved the issue professionally, which I appreciated. While I still highly recommend the hotel, this is not the kind of first impression a guest should have.

Pleasant
Liked: The location is amazing, food in the different restaurants was very good and the staff working on the restaurants was also nice
Disliked: The receptionist called 10 pm at night for me to go to reception and pay. I was in pijamas and she didn't want to wait until next morning. Coffee, tea, water and other standard things were not given in rooms or forgotten, we had to ask for them to be given. The hotel used to be better on this.

Average. Wouldn’t stay here again
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Very mediocre rooms. The carpet felt dirty. The room overall didn’t feel that clean and they gave us a room on the bott om floor and literally the very last room next to emergency exit.
