Liked: The service, the food, the place. It is important to mention that an earthquake happened during our stay and we felt very safe as the hotel is designed in such a way that is safer for earthquakes. Not that many floors also.

Liked: We signed up for 5th Floor Concierge Suite which worked out well. It included a full breakfast, tea or coffee throughout the day and from 7 to 8pm they offered a full bar and hors d'oeuvres. It was a small nicely designed lounge which was good place to relax after a full day of museums.
Disliked: 1.Our room was directly under the 5th floor lounge and the movement of chairs until 10pm was disconcerting.2. I had read that the entry was under reconstruction 6 months ago. I thought they would be done.
