Wouldn’t recommend

Liked: The Hotel is well located, literally on top of the fashion drive shopping mall, and it has enough options of restaurants nearby. About the room, it has a nice view, and the beds are pretty comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is very outdated, it really needs a renovation, some of the wooden furniture clearly has damaged sides, my bad lamp had pen marks, like children have had some fun with it and I got pretty upset about the pool being closed while it says it is ALWAYS open, there wasn’t even water in the pool. Furthermore, I called the room service for some ice and they said it would take approximately 10 minutes but someone would come and bring it to our room, 30 minutes later they still didn’t come, so I called again and they said they would solve it, but they never came. And I can go on with the complaints… like finding long hairs in the shower…Very bad for 5-star hotel?

Solid choice if you value...

Liked: The room was large, the room itself and all the linens were clean, and the bed comfortable--all the musts for a comfortable stay. Everything that mattered met expectations.
Disliked: There were no deal breakers whatsoever, but those who are looking for a truly luxury stay, or who need the following, may find fault with the lack of a fridge, small cosmetic imperfections like chipped and damaged paint in the bathroom or loose/wobbly fixtures. The tile in the shower bed was also installed incorrectly such that water pooled in one half of the shower and never drained.
