Very good hotel.
Liked: Hotel is in a very good location, mall and restaurants in a walking distance.
Disliked: Hotel was great, although they might need a little more effort on its cleaning.

Communication with parking guards
Liked: The service at the breakfast is amazing i always dtay there everytime i go to monterrey i love the hotel and the people
Disliked: They need better communication with the parking lot people that really sucks that alot of the times the ticket doesn’t work and i lost alot of time waiting for help

High room rates low customer...
Liked: Great views of the Cerro de Silla from our room. The room was spacious with good AC.
Disliked: We could not sit on The ONE chair in the room ! The seat was damaged . Also one of the two water glasses was cracked. I reported this to front desk and nothing was done. The guy I spoke with was arrogant and didn’t offer to do anything about the problems in the room . I felt cheated by the high room rate and lack of customer service by the guy at front desk . The room and car lobby staff were very friendly and helpful .
