Liked: Nice, friendly staff.
Disliked: Small sandy beach, small sea swimming area, from early morning the swimming area in the sea is surrounded by boats and jet skis, because of this the water and air are dirty because of the fuel and its smell. The food seemed to be varied, but we didn’t like it and weren’t impressed. The hotel is still undergoing repairs after the hurricane, the floors in the hallway are covered in lime, some of the stairs are blocked.

Liked: Food and service at the restaurant were excellent!! Staff really took the time to make sure we were getting everything we needed.
Disliked: Some construction was still going after the hurricane but it was expected.

Liked: Staff was outstanding, obviously a combination of typical Mexican character and warm, cordial, and professional demeanor - complemented by excellent training and experience.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally attentive and kind, while the hotel itself went the extra mile with a wonderful surprise upgrade, free breakfast and no parking fees. Fantastic experience!
Disliked: Nothing at all, it was perfect!
