Liked: Nice view!
Disliked: Terrible service, front desk not helpful. Super slow. Oversold, not enough space for the guests at the pool. Air conditioning not cooling enough, they said couldn’t fix it.

Lovely stay in a beautiful...

Liked: The position is superb, next to a forest area in a quiet bay. Not in the main Acapulco area, which was fine by us. Lobby area/ bar is lovely, open and airy.Small but clean beach. Absolutely lovely staff and we had a package that included a great breakfast and free drinks 6-7 pm !They have a hotel Cat who is really cute.
Disliked: There was some building works going on , some kind of pagoda restaurant, will be lovely when it’s done but was a bit noisy at times. Didn’t affect our stay really.

Liked: The property was great. The service was good. The food was good. It was a bit pricey value was OK.
Disliked: I liked about the property the safety of the location. It was a bit difficult to leave the property due to its location.

Liked: Nice, friendly staff.
Disliked: Small sandy beach, small sea swimming area, from early morning the swimming area in the sea is surrounded by boats and jet skis, because of this the water and air are dirty because of the fuel and its smell. The food seemed to be varied, but we didn’t like it and weren’t impressed. The hotel is still undergoing repairs after the hurricane, the floors in the hallway are covered in lime, some of the stairs are blocked.
