Cold room

Liked: The whole ambiance was great! Check in was easy.
Disliked: FLOOR WAS SUPERRR COLD WHEN WE JUST GOT in. IN THE ROOM ALSO WAS COLD. Needs more lighting for the sitting area. overall a pleasant experience.

Liked: I was nervous about the robotic systems but I arrived at 2 a.m. to find I had a harbour view and a glorious sunrise! I met the housekeeping staff in the morning and she was lovely. Personally I would prefer if they'd pay one person to answer the telephone instead of it all being robotic, but all the systems work and there's no doubt it was a gorgeous room, great sleep (I did bring ear protection as suggested), and AMAZING sunrise.

Overall, we were very happy...

Liked: It was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. I especially liked that there was a smart tv to login to streaming services! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. Overall, I was happy with everything it had to offer!
Disliked: They offer coffee. So it would be nice if there was sugar/sweeter packages and maybe some little milks and creamers in the fridge! It’s not a deal breaker, just a thought

Fabulous with the exception of...

Liked: The location , price and cleanliness are great !
Disliked: It was difficult to access at times . Several people were in the lobby unable to get in. It was the same the first time I stayed. Only because someone came out we were able to get in . The code did not work. I knew how to do it properly it just didn’t work . Then we went out for supper and again we were stuck in the lobby unable to get in . After that time it worked each time . I love every other think about it ! But that is concerning for sure !
