We ha a great stay and the service was good!

Liked: Location was perfect to attend a concert at the Metro Centre.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service and it was a busy spot so there was always a wait for the elevators!

Good hotel close to downtown.

Liked: good breakfast with lots of options, good location, I had a suite and it was large. there is a rooftop fitness area with free weights and a hot tob and sauna. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Bed was a little soft.

Liked: The staff was all very nice and helpful. They provided a dodgy-treat for our pet. Plus called about 30 minutes to our room after check-in to ensure and check we were happy with the room. breakfast was good.
Disliked: nothing.

Great Location, Nice Staff

Liked: I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It’s within walking distance of most major attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and to our delight, the staff accommodated us without any fuss as our room was already ready. The room itself was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural sunlight during the day, making it feel warm and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
Disliked: While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The hotel is popular with group tours, which meant the breakfast room often got quite crowded. To their credit, the staff did open the conference room on two occasions to handle the overflow, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast menu left something to be desired—it was the same set options every day, and by the fourth day, it became a bit monotonous. A little variety in the menu would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
