Disliked: Breakfast was confusing, when the hot free buffet ends and when the pay menu begins.

We ha a great stay and the service was good!

Liked: Location was perfect to attend a concert at the Metro Centre.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service and it was a busy spot so there was always a wait for the elevators!

Liked: The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and we were really impressed. The location is perfect.

Liked: Location was fantastic as central and not far from the airport bus stop. Suite was a generous size with everything you would need. Very clean. Comfy bed. Toiletries provided included a body lotion which was appreciated.Breakfast was good, with various hot and cold options, the staff were hard working making sure nothing ran out. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Liked touches such as being able to have a free coffee at coffee station beside reception and also a book exchange. No problems leaving luggage in storage for a later flight.
Disliked: I found the shower a bit fiddly to deal with in the way to make sure it was the shower and not just the bath tap that was running. The bedside lamp was also a bit fiddly to work.
