A great budget stay with...

Liked: I stayed for three nights and it was really easy to independently access the property using the code sent to me. I appreciated the freedom of being able to come and go at my own convenience. My room was larger than I expected, with plenty of space to move around. There was a desk and chair that I could work at and the Wifi was good enough for me to take part in a Zoom call for this purpose. The TV worked (once I plugged the digital box into the mains). The en suite bathroom was clean, the water was hot, and the shower was good enough for my needs.
Disliked: A few things could have done with some repair, such as the curtain rail coming away from the wall, and some of the furniture and interior design choices were obviously made to save money.

Liked: Good location, bed was comfortable. Cheap.
Disliked: Door lock was broken and the provided WiFi password didn't work. I repeatedly called the provided number to try to get these issues resolved but couldn't get through at any time of day. Left a voicemail and never received a response Wound up carrying luggage with me during my entire visit since I couldn't lock my door.Beyond that, it was.. Fine. It's a terraced house converted to a bedsit. Each room has its own digital lock (mine was broken so the door was always unlocked). You can't use the toilet without bumping your leg into the sink.If the lock was fixed, I'd put it one step above staying in a youth hostel, which to be fair, isn't that bad given the price. But the complete lack of response to the door issue was quite alarming! I was lucky that I had packed light, if I had brought more I would've been had to pay for luggage storage some place else.

Liked: It was very clean which was lovely. However the bed was completely worn out and not comfortable. The sheets/ towels etc were all really good
Disliked: The bed was awful . Not a good idea to buy cheap beds for a busy hostel. I felt it was more of a hostel than a hotel.

OK for the price, but...

Liked: Price was good for the location (close to the station). Rooms were quiet and bed comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel is basically a set of rooms with very simple and cheap decor. No staff to be seen (we were sent codes for the doors). Kitchen area is very basic with only limited supplies of tea and instant coffee. Some of the rooms are VERY small.
