The festival was great, but will definitely book another hotel next year.

Liked: The spa.
Disliked: Communication with the front desk was non existent; told there are no additional pillows , because the hotel was full. Our room was only serviced once over the weekend. Very poor service.

Liked: The staff here could not do enough to make our stay great. From the free upgrade to great gluten free menu options to allowing us free reign to move furniture around for the conference we were presenting at the next day. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Lovely welcome and comfortable modern...

Liked: A vibrant modern hotel with everything you need. Lovely staff. Very good breakfast and comfortable room. Its very handy for travelling north we have stayed there a couple of times.

It was OK, not great,...

Liked: Location and room, though we paid for a junior suite. Evening meal in restaurant was very good with young, friendly, efficient staff who did a great job.
Disliked: Saturday morning breakfast! SO busy, too many people!! The bed in our room which I did complain about was uncomfortable! Think there was a function on Saturday evening.

Lovely, relaxing and enjoyable.

Liked: The hotel was just perfect, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained with lovely gardens. What made it so special were the staff, so friendly and amenable, they all went the extra mile to make sure customers were happy. Food was delicious.

Good value and friendly hotel.

Liked: A decent hotel in a quiet area. Spa was very small and a lot of people. Gym was good. Very disappointed by the food in the restaurant for lunch the day we arrived and didn’t go back there to eat.
