The festival was great, but will definitely book another hotel next year.

Liked: The spa.
Disliked: Communication with the front desk was non existent; told there are no additional pillows , because the hotel was full. Our room was only serviced once over the weekend. Very poor service.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff at...

Liked: Location was perfect, within driving distance to our requirements. Breakfast was lovely, the hotel room was lovely too.
Disliked: The view wasn't great, the road was ok, but we could see the back where the dustbins were and the air-conditioning units, it didn't put us off.

Good

Liked: We really appreciated the fact that there were "child free" hours at the pool facilities. The food was really nice (although expensive) and the staff were all absolutely lovely.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable. We could feel the mattress springs and the pillows were so uncomfortable. We would wake up in the middle of the night and all the filling would be pushed to the sides leaving our heads unsupported. We both had a massage each but the treatment room my partner was in was very noisy as the main entrance door to the leisure facilities was on the other side of the thin wall.

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding.Pool and Hot Tub was very good although disabled changing room wasn't very clean.Staff were responsive to our issues.
Disliked: Lots of issues - toilet was leaking on arrival so Reception called Maintenance. - surely Housekeeping should have noticed this when servicing the room. Very bad smell (ammonia/chlorine) so had to request a move after the first night. Door keys stopped working. Horrendous smell of marijuana in corridor on Sunday (appreciate this is beyond the hotel's control but was not picked up by staff so we had to report).Overall very disappointed considering this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel

Liked: Hotel surroundings and interior. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Cooked breakfast was hit and miss. No eggs and sausages were a bit pinky.

Liked: Very well maintained, breakfast was excellent all 5 days we stayed here, bar facilities was great and staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The Christmas dinner entertainment and buffet food was not to our liking, we paid too much for what it’s worth, we was expecting better entertainment in the evening not a quiz.
