Liked: Perfect location in the city! The reception employee (or owner) was very kind, gave me a tour of the room and drink in the mini fridge :) The room have everything you need and the price is legit. I was there for visiting the Hobbiton and I think it was the perfect place to stay for that!!

Disliked: Window latches missing in bathroom and were not lockable.

Liked: Clean and tidy, a good basic motel in a great location with just a 5 minute walk into town. Friendly helpful staff, we would stay there again.
Disliked: The door handle in the bathroom was faulty, you couldn't shut the door.

Liked: Staff, so very nice and welcoming. I also loved the neighbours cat who greeted and farewelled us. Love animals. ;)
