Liked: the view and our being dog friendly
Disliked: during the outage, the staff did not guide us or help us figure out what to do or where to go. I was completely unfamiliar with the area, so I did not know to drive into town or I would have stayed until the lights came back on. We left that evening, Sunday the 10th. my birthday celebration was ruined. your staff is clueless and the one girl said she was new and didn't know anything.

Romantic , quiet getaway perfect...

Liked: We paid for the top room and requested a window view which was accommodated. We had a great time in the room and on our balcony . Everything in our sleeping area and balcony was very clean .
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that my bathroom was a bit dirty and our shower curtains had some staining which was a bit off putting but that was really my only complaint

Perfect romantic getaway.

Liked: The moonstone restaurant next door is amazing. The beach front walk path is incredibly relaxing. The staff were accommodating with our early arrival request.
Disliked: The breakfast hotel order in option, “the cow tripper” was not taking delivery orders. Attempted to use the materials available but the restaurant was not able to take orders. This was minor in the over all experience. Cambria mimosas in town was delicious and the mimosas… amazing start to a slow weekend day.

Liked: Love how close it was to the ocean. First room 303 had a cat pee smell. The guy at the counter completely understood and was nice and changed our room to 301. It was so beautiful and clean. Updated and comfortable.

Liked: Of course beautiful location only God could create room was large and even though I didn’t pay for front beach view it had a great view of the ocean I could see even sitting in the cushioned chair
Disliked: The room key card was very hard to get to work properly it took several tries one time I had to get the staff to open the door bc it didn’t work

Terrible, disgusting, and stinks

Liked: The first room stunk so terribly of pet urine we could not stand it. The second room also smelled terrible but not as bed. We were forced to go to the grocery store and purchase air fresheners and candles to tolerate the smell. The room and particularly the bathroom were dingy and disgusting. There was no hot water in the shower, warm only. The toilet clogged during our stay. This is the worst motel (not hotel) I’ve ever stayed at and I will never stay here again. It was very disappointing.

Liked: Location to the beach and boardwalk.
Disliked: The room was dated with poor lighting and odd configuration. Coffeemaker didn't work and request for a replacement was not taken care of.
