Liked: The hotel staff is very helpful, kind and polite, and this goes to every individual team member I have met during my stay. The room and the bed are very comfortable, and the heating system in the room is excellent. The railway station is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes approximately 30 minutes by train to NYC Grand Central Station. I can highly recommend this hotel to any business travellers or visitors.
Disliked: I had some difficulty ordering from room service, especially from the City Pizza restaurant. In the end, I managed it with Chazz Restaurant.Due to some of the fabrics and materials used in the rooms, there is a lot of static electricity. You constantly get minor electrocution by just getting in or out of bed, touching switches, or charging your phone, etc.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were pleasant and answered any questions i had quickly.
Disliked: Television in the room was not smart and had no access to the internet, netflix etc. Breakfast was buffet style but limited and the same everyday.

Disliked: Bedding is rough, and not very warm. A comforter would have been nice. It's also just ok in terms of cleanliness.
