Liked: It was ok staff was great , the faucet was broken and bed light wouldn’t turn on which was annoying

great stay and good price

Liked: proximity to other attractions and parades
Disliked: wish there were more restaurants local that were open later

Pleasant front desk and restaurant...

Liked: The Front Desk and Restaurant staff were very personable and helpful.
Disliked: The biggest issue was when it came to getting my room cleaned during my 9-day stay. The room was supposed to be cleaned every 3 days, but I had to put in requests both days it should've been done. After they "cleaned" there were soap and water stains still on the bathroom sink, stuff dropped on the floor remained, and the desk and table also remained dirty. Lastly, a sticker a previous guest must have placed on the doorway to the bedroom remained the whole time. I'm not a picky person but after paying what I did for 9 days in a suite, I would've expected to at least have decent cleaning services.

Again, staff was very nice...

Liked: staff was nice and the room was clean.
Disliked: there were kids running throughout the hallways and make noise so I know for sure rooms are very insulated but I did complain to the front desk and the noise ceased afterwards.
