The room was very clean and staff was very friendly when I went for breakfast the following morning. I stayed here for a business trip and would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The gym was very clean; front desk very helpful; the breakfast was good. The menu had plenty of appetizing options for breakfast.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Very disappointing because our room...

Liked: We liked the location
Disliked: We were given a room for the disabled. We requested a change and were refused or I should say offered a SMALLER ROOM! We also asked during booking for a room on the top floor (8) but instead were given a room with a disabled person shower and toilet. The shower nozzle fell down and hurt my wife's ankle bruising it. I feel for a disabled person who requested a room with accommodations and likely didn't get it because we were there. High schoolers were booked and were given "regular" rooms, not us and we paid top dollar for ours. Also, on our first visit to the Hotel it was excellent but they did not do us right this time. On our next trip to Wash. D.C we may book a different hotel because we don't trust this hotel anymore.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel features very modern facilities, and the thoughtful interior design is evident throughout. I personally dislike carpets, so I appreciated the wooden flooring, which avoids the musty smell often associated with carpets. The environment is also very quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The front desk staff, especially the young gentleman who checked us in, was exceptionally friendly and answered all of our questions patiently. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Disliked: Housekeeping policy. Not enough storage in room. Hotel restaurant closes too early for breakfast. No pool.
