Liked: The hotel was amazing very comfortable super clean and the staff was amazing especially Tim was so attentive and super great will definitely stay again hoping everyone is safe during this storm

Refuge after the storm hit....

Liked: I liked the location. I also liked the room and lobby, both are tastefully done and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the elevator was inoperable the total time were were on site and the fact that my baggage was rather large and heavy. Dragging them up five floors or ten flights of stairs was quite miserable. In all fairness, it's not the resort's fault but rather Mother Nature (Hurricane Helene).

Exceptional value of the price!

Liked: Great location, reasonable priced in the off season. Roof top pool was great. Staff was so friendly the bartender upstairs so funny and attentive, the receptionist was friendly. The gold coins were fun for the kids!

Liked: This is a gorgeous and comfy hotel with beautiful grounds and spacious rooms.
Disliked: Sink drain smelled like methane gas so we had to keep it plugged. An additional $75 for mandatory valet parking and resort fee seemed excessive but most importantly should be explained when making reservations.
