It’s a nice hotel and...

Liked: It appeared to be new and didn’t have the wear and tear of an old hotel. It felt clean.
Disliked: The fan in my bathroom didn’t work and I didn’t know how to turn on the lights in the bedroom portion of the room. The switches weren’t too easy to access.

Liked: Great service close to airport they even provide a Lyft to and from the airport compliments of the hotel.

Liked: I booked this place last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was outstanding! The hotel is newer so it’s nicer. It was very busy, so book ahead of time!

Comfortable, good value and facilities....

Liked: Comfortable rooms, very clean. Quiet. Slept well. Good facilities.
Disliked: It's advertised as an Airport Hotel, but it's more than 10 minutes drive from the airport. If you aren't driving I would avoid this hotel. When flying out of Spokane I had to keep the car 1 extra night (costing more) just to be able to get to airport in the morning.
