Disliked: I came back to Cambria for the second time because I loved my first stay, so I didn’t mind booking again. Everything started off great—my room was clean, and I got some much-needed rest, especially since I wasn’t feeling well. The next morning, I got a text asking if I needed anything, like towels or a room refresh. I said yes since I was staying two nights, and when I got back, my room was cleaned.The next day, I decided to extend my stay because I still wasn’t feeling great. I asked if someone could tidy up the room—mainly to take out the trash since I had my kids with me. No one ever showed up.Then Saturday comes, and I leave early around 5:30 AM. In my rush, I accidentally left a bag behind with a few items, including a brand-new, unopened bottle of Marc Jacobs perfume that I had just bought. They called me to let me know I left the bag, so I came back to get it—only to realize my perfume was missing.When I brought it up to the front desk, the lady acted like she didn’t care. I asked for a manager, and she was just as dismissive, almost as if I was making it up. But let’s be real—the only people who had access to my room were me and housekeeping. My stuff didn’t just walk away on its own.I’m beyond frustrated because this has never happened to me before, and if it were just some cheap item, I wouldn’t care as much. But this was a gift to myself. And now, whoever took it isn’t going to admit it because they don’t want to lose their job. So instead, I’m just left annoyed, knowing my weekend getaway was ruined over someone else’s dishonesty.
