Liked: Breakfast fine; location fine
Disliked: Several other guests besides us complaining about air coming through wall heating and cooling unit. It was insane!! Like having an open window blowing through house ( even though unit was off) in middle of winter. Other quests besides us complained about no water pressure to flush stool and couldn’t even use shower. I had to bucket water from the sink and pour into top of stool in order to flush! REALLY! We stayed in a King Suite paying over 200.00 dollars. Staying at this hotel was a Nightmare. Desk clerk was addressing the water issue with another guest and she told them,”it’s not our problem.Its a CITY problem.”No, this is a MANAGEMENT problem. You cannot operate a business like this. It could take only 1 person to report this to BBB and cause a shutdown of your business,OR, it could take only 1 person to aggressively address all the problems with your building in order to save customers! I hope this message actually gets to management that cares about the serving the people.

Clean and quiet, but too...

Disliked: Check in was miserable. I booked 2 Queen Suites on booking.com, they couldn’t find my reservation, after 45 minutes the manager finally gave me 2 rooms. However, it was not accommodating enough for my family of 7. One of the corner’s of the queen bed’s box springs was broken and we literally rolled off the bed while sleeping. They “fixed” it for the next night but not really. The manager was very accommodating on a busy weekend where it was fully booked, but I am not sure who is at fault for not having my reservations. Neither booking.com or the Cambria made up for the mistake of giving away my reservations.
