Liked: Nice building, cool staff, until it was later in the night and it was pretty obvious someone (staff) was hovering my room pretty often, we were having a good time talking about the room wasn’t what we wanted but yall had suggested it through email for a “better deal” to not have a jacuzzi, along with other things. And then the sink was broken and your shower so loose that I couldn’t take comfortable shower. Fix the room please.
Disliked: It was not free,and for the lack of respect for us. I was very upset and when I asked to say cause my wife wanted to. Yall said no it’s for one night. NO KIDDING. I wanted another room before the AWFUL suggestion was made through EMAIL.

Liked: breakfast was extra, we did not purchase. i thought it should be included in the price.
Disliked: the lady at the front desk acted like she didn't want to be there. she was not the face of customer service that i expect. it was the holidays and i expected a more friendly greeting rather than a numb, stoic "what do you want" type of energy.
