Great location, questionable cleanliness

Liked: Amazing location, big rooms. Bar downstairs
Disliked: Someone’s else’s dirty socks were in our bedding and we did not notice until the next morning when they fell out of the sheets.Also one of the pillows looked freshly stained which made us feel really gross having already slept in that bed. They provided new sheets the next day but no discount / further correction to the situation.

Overall pretty good , breakfast...

Liked: The staff were really nice and always offering if we need anything just let them know . It was perfect to go to the hockey games !
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t worth the price , it took a long time for food to be replenished for the buffet, there was no juice set up to help ourselves we had to wait until after our breakfast was done , then we figured out we had to ask for juice but it was too late we were finished our breakfast by the time it was served to us . There should have been more options to choose from

Liked: Conveniently located when attending an event at PPG. However, I feel that if I'm going to pay $300 for one night that breakfast and free parking should be included! Paying another $16 for breakfast is ridiculous. and having to pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel your staying in doesn't make sense to me. Other than that, it was nice and clean.

Liked: We enjoyed how close to ppg it was. Very convenient.
Disliked: Our room wasn't cleaned very well. Found hair along with a ton of dusty. The tissue box and the entire back of the bathroom vanity was all dust. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off as well. I was excited about the parking situation until we went to leave. We left before our checkout time and it said that our parking validation was expired. So we had to pay 150.00 dollars to park from friday night to sunday morning. And that is absolutely ridiculous. Why even have parking validation for guests if it will not work up until checkout. I would never come back to this hotel. For the amount I paid and what we got, I was shocked.
