Expected More but still enjoyed...

Liked: Had it's own parking, for an additional fee. Lobby, Bar/Restaurant looked incredible although we didn't spend time there!
Disliked: The room amenities need updated/replaced or reconsideration! Several rooms issues we felt shouldn't have been obvious disappointments. Maybe this was what to expect for a City hotel stay?

Liked: Great staff. Jim was especially patient and helpful.
Disliked: Disappointed that breakfast and parking cost extra. Handicap room was pretty nice, but no hooks in bathroom or adequate space for personal items in the bathroom.Upset that we couldn't get a receipt (for around $30) for buying snacks at the store. Our visit to the area was court ordered and we needed receipts for everything.Spa water appeared dirty.
