I will never come back...
Liked: Location. Proximity to freeway and shopping area.
Disliked: The staff are always on their phones. They don’t acknowledge their guests. They are not very welcoming. I asked to clean the room, the person basically left the used towels in front of our door and only replaced towels and didn’t even clean the room. The used towels were left in the hallway until we left. Not only a safety issue but also sanitary issue. I booked my stay 2 months in advance and had request to stay on the quiet side.

Dirty sensation
Liked: Fairly new building
Disliked: Sofa inside the room was dirty, and that gives the feeling that the bed sheets might be dirty as well since they don’t get replaced unless requested. In addition, I had to request toilet paper and bar soap right after checking in.

Would not stay again.
Liked: The staff was kind and the gym was clean with multiple machines. Ideal location. Close to many stores and restaurants if need be.
Disliked: The whole place stuck so bad!!! The hallways smelled like dirty diapers. Our room smelled like Indian food and sewage. The smell was so horrific and there was no airing it out because the windows don’t open and the hallways were just as bad. It made for a very long 2 night stay.
