Convenient and clean.

Liked: Close to MayoClinic Hospital in Phoenix, where I had an early morning appointment. Clean and quiet.
Disliked: It is pet friendly, in that it allowed us to bring our dog, but we felt the $75 pet fee to be a bit unfriendly!

Could not stay due to...

Liked: The reservation did not show on their system so I could not stay at this hotel. They told me to ask for a refund so I could re book again.
Disliked: Nothing
