Good value for the price
Liked: The room felt spacious and liked the layout of the room
Disliked: The lounge sofa beside the window was inviting until I got close enough to see that is was badly stained

Could not stay due to...
Liked: The reservation did not show on their system so I could not stay at this hotel. They told me to ask for a refund so I could re book again.

Attractive hotel but we are...
Liked: The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants. It was pleasantly decorated in a modern motif. Check-in was easy. Parking is plentiful.
Disliked: The suite we were given smelled of vomit and there was a large wet spot on the sofa. We switched rooms but had to downgrade to a much smaller room because that was all that was available. That room had a temperature control problem that forced us to ask for extra blankets. They would not bring them to the room....we had to go to the front desk. Breakfast was way over-prices.

I will never come back...
Liked: Location. Proximity to freeway and shopping area.
Disliked: The staff are always on their phones. They don’t acknowledge their guests. They are not very welcoming. I asked to clean the room, the person basically left the used towels in front of our door and only replaced towels and didn’t even clean the room. The used towels were left in the hallway until we left. Not only a safety issue but also sanitary issue. I booked my stay 2 months in advance and had request to stay on the quiet side.
