Prime location in Philly.

Liked: The rooms were spacious
Disliked: I had bed bugs and the hotel staff didn’t do anything to compensate. Hotel desk on 2nd floor. No lotion, toothbrush, qtips, slippers, etc.

Liked: Location was perfect and room was modern.
Disliked: Headboards were fabric and both were really stained and splattered with a mystery substance which made sleeping feel a bit dirty.

Liked: The front desk was very nice, accommodated my late checkout by an hour but then housekeeping did come to ask when I was leaving a few times.
Disliked: The valet was incredibly rude. Haven’t had that level of rudeness in a while. Got my trip started negatively and deterrred me from the hotel.

Great location! Comfy Beds!

Liked: Location was great, bed was super comfortable! The bathroom mirror has great lighting and Bluetooth.
Disliked: The elevators were very slow, which is not a deal breaker, just be prepared. Also, I’m not a fan of sliding doors for bathrooms since it’s not very sound-proof.
