Liked: From the time I checked in to the checkout, everyone was friendly and accomodating and the hotel was beautiful. The margaritas were pretty good too!
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Afternoon staff OK. The night staff was super nice and helpful.

Disliked: Hair in the already made beds - both beds had hair in them and it was not mine.

Perfect place to stay. Unless...

Liked: Wow! Exceeded expectations. Roomy, spotless. Perfect. Location great for attending concert at CHI arena.
Disliked: The transportation to airport (10 min away) did t start until 7am. With SO MANY early flights (656am) I was forced to keep my rental car and pay for parking.

Disappointing

Disliked: No parking and the deposit isn’t up front included in the price.

Liked: Weight room, pool, and the bar. Top floor view was nice too.
Disliked: Front door didn't lock, bathroom door didn't lock, had to request towels 3 times until we went and got them ourselves. Trash under the couch, dusty, and one of the sockets sounded like it was going to catch fire.
