i wouldnt let my dog...

Liked: for one the chlorine was so strong that it literally burns your eyes without getting in the pool, the front desk associate was rude and then once we left i waited 2 weeks for my refund it still never came so i called the hotel and they told me that they were keeping my deposit because one room had a hole in the wall and the other room smelled like marijuana none of us smoke and i have before pictures and after pictures so i will be getting my lawyer involved if i don’t receive my deposit back immediately they also had a few other charges on my account that were refunded but they couldn’t tell me why those charges were on the account it all seems sketchy they allowed ignorant drunk people be loud and do whatever they want in the lobby not considering the children that are staying at the hotel
