Liked: Great location. Minutes away from canal street and the location was quiet. The welcome drink and complementary water bottles were a nice touch.
Disliked: Staff disregarded our complaints about the temperature of our room. Only upon checkout were our complaints taken seriously.

Liked: bed were not good, linens are horrible - sheets are worst than discount store - decor is weird. extra $22 fee is BS when you check in. Restuarant is a joke.
Disliked: room and extra fee. Thank God the front desk had exceptional service.
