This is my favorite hotel....

Liked: Great location great food at hotel
Disliked: Air in room wasn’t working properly but we didn’t notify management. Housekeeping didn’t make our bed not did they fill up the body wash. That made me question if our shower was cleaned

If you're at a convention...

Liked: Great size room, very quiet, super convenient to the convention centre and an easy walk to the city centre - Bourbon St etc.Breakfast was excellent - omlette in particular and their beignets were AMAZING. Make sure you order!
Disliked: Wifi was down for 2 days which as a European on a business trip was not good. No notice given, no updates and no apology from management. Very badly handled.

Liked: I liked the location and the facility. Sharon was awesome.
Disliked: Some of the staff were less than helpful and not so pleasant. Others were fabulous. The rooms were not well lit.

Great option close to Convention...

Liked: Location, close to main areas in between convention center and French quarter, close to great restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: There is not enough space in the closet for hanging clothes and not drawers.
