A nice hotel that is...

Liked: I had an issue at check-in as my name was displayed incorrectly. The lady at the desk handled the situation to my satisfaction and the issue was resolved at check-out. Very good staff and the location suited my needs.
Disliked: The area the hotel is located in has quite a bit of road construction which makes getting to the hotel a bit of a problem. This is not the fault of the hotel, but I think it is worth mentioning to others who may go there in the near future.
