Hotel could be very nice...

Liked: The location is great and the overall hotel atmosphere is nice.
Disliked: We had a room on the 7th floor and the shower had no pressure, this was reported to maintenance and they came and made some changes but the problem was not resolved. We also noticed after our first night that all of our cups that we filled with ice from the ice machine had white and black flakes floating in the water which could have only come from a dirty ice machine, this was also reported to the front desk.

Clean, good location and reasonably...

Liked: The woman at the desk was very courteous and professional.
Disliked: The room's bed configuration want what I had booked online. I went down to the desk and things were handled to my satisfaction.
